I show off the damage on this pair of old Keds. I have worn them for years barefoot. Sometimes outdoors, but mostly indoors, so not too much damage on the soles... but oh myyy! Look inside! After years of my bare feet sweating into the insoles, they look so dirty! They are shiny with so many layers of sweat. I show off the inside and you can see how it is super worn out. They smell! Eww! Smell them!
