She rubs one of her feet through her shoe, and then after keeping them on a while longer, starts kicking them off her feet. Julie furiously wiggles her toes, and rubs the balls of her feet, which are always the parts of her feet that ache most. Julie crosses her feet at the ankles and does lots of foot movement.
