I_ve changed my hair color (at least temporarily) ... and today I_m going to wash it for you I_ve got light red hair (instead of blond) and I_m ready to show it off dry, soapy and wet With all the stuff I do to my hair on a daily basis, it_s gotten pretty damaged, so to get it healthy and fast, I_ve gone a little darker (for a little bit while I nurse it back to health) I_m naked in the tub and ready to get wet, sudsy, clean and conditioned I lay back in the tub, thoroughly saturating my hair with water. I pour a heaping handful of shampoo into my hands and massage it all throughout my hair. I_ve switched up my shampoo and this shampoo lathers almost immediately and feels and smells SO good I work it into a thick bubbly lather and I can feel the suds dripping down my back. I turn around and self dunk myself (head first) to rinse ... holding my breath for a very long time and blowing bubbles while underwater. One I_ve rinsed away all the shampoo, I add conditioner and I use my fingers to rake it all throughout my hair. This conditioner makes my hair feel really silky and soft I rinse away the conditioner and I_m ready for my final step. I_ve also been using a deep conditioner after my regular routine to bring my hair back to better health. I massage it all throughout my hair, paying special attention to my ends and I wrap my hair up in a shower cap to sit for 20 minutes So, do you like my hair red or prefer it blond? ..March 19th 2012
