Story

Elder Parker was unsure of his standing with the men of The Order before today. While they seem to have cast a favorableeye on him, there has never been any verbal confirmation of this suspicion. He can only assume as it is the priesthoods code to never divulge too much information to the missionary boys. If they know too much, jealousy spreads and egos. This is a sure way to create rifts amongst the young men and distract them from the true task at hand. Thus, Parker has been in the dark. But today, he is finally going to be brought into the light.
Bishop Angus informs him that the ceremony today will allow him to usher the boy into the holiest of holy spaces. He will be welcomed into The Order with open arms. Parker can hardly believe his ears. He thought that ascending to such heights could only happen after the Second Anointing. But Angus informs him that the ceremony they are partaking in today is more important than any ceremony the boy has ever been a part of. If he proves himself, his journey will finally reach its climactic end.
