This vid opens with you on your sofa. Your ankle is bandaged with an aircast and there are crutches propped up next to you. You're clearly uncomfortable. You see a call coming in on your cell. Your answer. It's one of your cross country teammates, calling to check on you. You tell them you had an x-ray this morning. Nothing is broken, but because of the amount of pain and swelling you have they're concerned you might have a lot of soft tissue damage. The university is sending a physical therapist that specializes in pain management over to evaluate your ankle and try to relieve some of the pain. You hear a knock and realize she must be here so you need to go.

Akira comes in (she's wearing her glasses) and introduces herself. You're glad she was able to come on such short notice, as the throbbing is steadily building despite the pain meds you were given at the health center. She sits and begins to remove the aircast and bandage, asking what happened. Painfully you explain you were running in cross country practice and tripped over a tree root that ran across the trail. You feel stupid because you've run that course a hundred times and you know that section is tricky. She tells you accidents happen and begins to evaluate your ankle. Its very painful and it follows the course of the other videos. After a minute or so of probing and gently moving it, she asks you to push against her hand like you're working a gas pedal, but you have no strength on your ankle and can't push at all. She nods and says she thought so. You have a third-degree ankle sprain as well as strained tendons. Cross country season is over for you. You're crushed as she begins to re-wrap your ankle. She leaves the aircast off as she places multiple pillows beneath your foot on the coffee table.

She runs her fingers across the base of your toes, commenting on your pedicure. You shiver and admit your toes are extremely sensitive to the touch. She suggests she might be able to alleviate some of your pain if you're open minded. You admit her touch is affecting you and tell her you're very open minded if her idea involves your toes. She begins to worship them one at a time as your pain slowly turns to contentment.
