Whitney a Facebook executive arrested for refusing to hand over data from its WhatsApp messaging service has been ordered RELEASED A judge in Brazil overturned a previous court instruction to jail the vice president of operations in Latin America. Diego Dzodan was accused of REPEATEDLY refusing to comply with an order to hand over messages relating to drug trafficking. The judge called the decision to arrest Mr. Dzodan as extreme and unlawful. Hulk Hogan was in court on Tuesday for jury selection in his 100 million dollar civil suit against Gawker Media. He_s suing the website for publishing excerpts of his SEX TAPE without his permission. Next time you pick on a celeb Gawker maybe go for someone who can_t beat you to a pulpAnd South Dakota has VETOED a bill that would have forced transgender students to use the same bathrooms as their sex at birth. Republican Governor Dennis Daugaard said that the bill did not address any pressing issue and that local school boards should be able to make accommodations for students as they see fit. Transgender rights groups applauded the decision calling it a clear message AGAINST discrimination. And in a surprising twist Whitney the state representative who AUTHORED the bill says he actually AGREES with the veto and won_t oppose it.You have to wonder what the point of it all was in the first place.
