Sources say Bloomberg will make his decision after the results of the February 1st Iowa caucus. And one of the most powerful media moguls in the world has been ordered to undergo tests to determine his COMPETENCY. 92-year-old Sumner Redstone is the current chairman of Viacom and CBS. According to a lawsuit filed by his ex-lover Manuela Herzer Redstone is a living ghost and is unable to make his own decisions.
