That_s how much plastic_s been produced in the last six decades or so. And almost HALF of it was produced in the last 13 years It_s equivalent to 25-thousand Empire State Buildings, or a herd of 1 BILLION elephants According to a new study, published in the journal Science Advances, the big problem is that we use plastic for a brief period of time and toss it... but it doesn_t just disappear Audi_s in the hot seat in China The German automaker has issued an apology over an ad that compares finding a wife to buying a used car Naturally the ad sparked a huge backlash on social media. People say it_s sexist, and others simply can_t believe the idea made it through test groups. It_s pulled in more than half a BILLION dollars in tax revenue from its recreational marijuana industry Retail sales of pot in Colorado started in January 2014. Since then, most of the money generated has been spent on schools and roads, with other funds going to criminal justice and substance abuse programs.
