It seems China is following through on its plan to get rid of all its Bitcoin exchanges. They just needed a location and encouraged cities and towns to make a proposal. Now we know just how MANY proposals they received. Here_s Shannon with a Naked News bulletin. Madison, cities and town from across Canada, the US and Mexico are all vying to be the home of Amazon_s second headquarters. The deadline to submit was last Thursday and on Monday Amazon said they had received a total of 238 proposals. It_ll be a real boon to the winning city because Amazon has promised to spend over FIVE BILLION dollars and create around FIFTY THOUSAND jobs. A final decision is expected next year. A computer virus is spreading across Europe. It_s actually ransom ware, called Bad Rabbit, and is encrypting data, and then demanding a twentieth of a bitcoin for the decryption key. At current prices, that_s about 275 dollars The small silver lining is that Bad Rabbit doesn_t seem to be a wiper. In other words, if you do get the password, it reportedly completely decrypts all your files. Still, that is one BAD Rabbit A note written by Albert Einstein has sold at auction for over ONE AND A HALF MILLION dollars, with a second shorter note going for 240 GRAND Einstein wrote them for a courier in Tokyo in place of a tip, saying they might be worth something some day. The first roughly translates as A quiet and humble life brings more joy than the pursuit of success bound with constant unrest. The second just said Where there_s a will, there_s a way. Probably seemed cheap then, but that turned out to be one hell of a tip Don_t go away.
