The raft smashed right through her roof into her bedroom. Fortunately, the woman was uninjured - and now has a hell of a story. A very DIFFERENT raft recently made its way down the Los Angeles River. Specifically, a huge inflatable PINK FLAMINGO It was being rowed by three men who apparently wanted to take the flamingo to Long Beach - oh, and get views on YouTube. Boating on the LA River may be fun, but it_s also illegal. Police ordered the group to let the air out of the raft, and flamin-go home. And if you_re sitting there watching this drpgd in a Snuggie, you MIGHT have some money coming to you The Federal Trade Commission is reimbursing over 200,000 people they say were scammed by the company that sells the sleeved blankets and other as-seen-on-TV items. The FTC says the company used confusing buy one get one free offers that misled customers. The average refund will be around 33 dollars, just enough to get yourself a Slap Chop Don_t go away

A White House spokesman claimed negotiations shaved over a billion dollars off the previous total. Of course, when Donald Trump made that deal with Boeing, he may not have known about STRATOLAUNCH, the world_s biggest plane. It comes in at five hundred THOUSAND pounds, has twin fuselages, and a wingspan the length of a football field. It just hit another milestone, reaching a new top taxi speed of 46 miles per hour. It reported a 953 million dollar loss in the first nine months of last year alone The store closures will cost more than 33-thousand jobs. In 2014 she was being called the next Steve Jobs. Now she_s being called a con artist Elizabeth Holmes has been charged with massive fraud by the US Securities and exchange Commission. She_s the founder of Theranos, a company that became one of Silicon Valley_s hottest properties by promising WAY more than it could deliver. Theranos claimed it had developed a blood analyzer that would revolutionize the medical industry. But the tech turned out to be bogus, and now Holmes will have to pay a 500-thousand dollar fine, return millions of shares, and is barred from running another public company for a decade And Ford is recalling 1.4 million vehicles in North America, and I_d say they have a pretty good reason: the steering wheels are falling off The recall affects Ford Fusion and Lincoln MKZ models between 2014 and 2018. The issue_s being blamed on faulty steering wheel bolts that can loosen over time. So far two crashes and an injury have been linked to the problem.
