Now local businesses are teaming up with the city to have the offending breasts removed. The overhaul is estimated to cost half a million dollars Personally I don_t see what all the fuss is about. And of the 100 contestants, Raira Passion won top honors. Raya, they say that crime doesn_t pay, but I know ONE famous crook who might beg to differ Colton Harris-Moore, otherwise known as the Barefoot Bandit, drew worldwide notoriety after repeatedly duping authorities and stealing planes and boats around the world in his bare feet. He was eventually caught in the Bahamas and NOW, he_s signed a movie deal for the rights to his story. The deal, valued at 1 point 3 million dollars, came from 20th Century Fox. But ALL is not what it seems my friends. Colton is not allowed to profit from his crimes so all the money will be used to compensate his victims It_s even rumored that Zac Efron will play him in the movie. Like him or not Raya his story will probably make for a GREAT movie.
