I came in for a simple check up. The examination begins with some simple questions but the latex clad Nurse (Imaginatrix) quickly begins to have suspicions that this patient might need further treatment based of my responses. Suspicions deepen as I struggle with a routine form that they ask me to fill out. The page seems blank to me, but the nurse insists the questions are there, easy to read! Are they gas-lighting me? Concerned, the Doctor (Sinister) is called in. He uses a pen-torch to check the patient's eyes for any slowness of thought, and I become increasingly confused throughout the examination. They hold a rebreather mask to my face to calm me down, as I takes deep breaths, the professional staff inform me of the effects of the mask: weakness in body, confusion, relaxation.

Once calm, the medical staff make sure that the patient is completely consenting to the treatment, and I sign a consent form that will be filled in properly once the Doctor has decided what treatment is necessary. I'm stripped and moved to the examination chair, my legs spread wide, and the doctors begin a series of tests on their dopey patient to determine any neurological issues. They probe the patient all over, remarking on a particular sensitivity of the nipples. The patient begins having 'hallucinations' of a sexual nature, imagining the Doctor and Nurse are touching them in entirely unprofessional ways. As the speculum is inserted, the kindly medical staff reassure them that their sort of condition often comes with a tendency towards inappropriate sexual fantasies. The patient becomes more and more delusional as the treatment progresses an electrical reflex test, with the TENS unit pads attached just above their genitals. The Nurse watches closely for reactions, and the patient once again 'imagines' that their clitoris is being stimulated as the Doctor tries to keep them focused on answering questions about their reactions, determining that the patient's pleasure and pain receptors are firing simultaneously.

They decide the severity of the patient's condition warrants further treatment, so the vibrator wand is administered. The patient is cautioned that it is vital to the therapy that they withhold from orgasming, so the patient tries desperately to be a good patient and follow the Doctor's orders. They begin the in-take process, shaving off Subject #369's eyebrows. Confused and disorientated, additional safety measures are taken so that Subject #369 is secure: leather and metal leg braces, a heavy duty canvas straitjacket will keep the patient from wandering off anywhere. Due to a previous case of bad language, they also add a tongue depressant metal gag. Lastly, as an ongoing treatment measure, a large silicone plug is secured in Subject #639's vagina. The patient is left, eyes rolling, for the orderlies to take them to their cell.
